Installing Fallout New Vegas for PC via stream taking forever?

I bought Fallout NV for the PC today and it is telling me that it is going to take 1 day to download? Are you kidding me? I've been sitting here for 15 minutes and its only on 1 percent. My laptop is a very good gaming laptop. Is this normal behavior for stream? I am beyond annoyed right now. I have tried restarted my computer several times but the behavior remains the same.
