Is it possible to make a full str gunner on maple story? also what is the main character build for a gunner?

So i made a gunner on maplestory and i was wondering if it is stronger or weaker if i go full str.I also would like to know the main character builds for a gunner w/ dex or w/o dex it dose not matter.but i do have some dex so i may have to remake =/
