Where should i train att and str on ruenscape?

My combat level is 101 , my att is 80 my str is 88 my def is 75. I don't do many quest but i can do some if need be. I am going for 90att 90str, and if something will auto me it would be great. I am not worried about loot. Sorry if i didn't make much sense. But if you can help me plz help me. Thank you for reading and answer.
