Unknown charges to my card?

I have an american express pass card. And I'm getting charges $64 from "STR*LANGUAGE LEARN BASIC 340 NORTH 12T PHILADELPHIA 840 - Purchase (AXP) w/ Bal Return & AVS". That's exactly what it says on the transaction history. I remember buying a language software, but I only bought their beginners CD, I did not subscribe to anything.
