Whats armour and weapons should i get on runescape?

im level 95 i have 75 attack, 77 str, 72 def, 75 mage, 74 range, 48 prayer. i have about 25m and i would like a godsword and some good armour. i thourght either getting 75 def for DFS and whip and like barrows armour, or BGS/ZGS and d pl8, d legs, d gauntlets, d boots, veracs helm.
