Bests amour for me to kill frost dragons with in runescape?

Hi,in runescape my combat level is 106 and i have 82 hitpoint 80 att 85 str 80 def 52 sum working on 65 prayer for deflict magic and i have choatic rapier and a dfs i have 10m for amour and supplys whats the best amour for me to kill frost dragons with and if you know whats the best potion and food i can use
