Help with Runescape Account Appeal?

Well, it's been about 5 years or so since i quit runescape and i just recently tried logging on my account for the first time and noticed it says invalid password i then try to recover and noticed everything has been changed.while i was on a long break from the game. now everytime i try to recover it keeps denying me. i think one of my close friends hacked it changed everything so i can't get it back. i have no details or anything on the recovs i can't remember when i made the account exactly or what ISP i used when i created it. i have a picture of my stats when i was a pure a really long time ago and a video of me getting 99 str, im not sure how i can use this to help prove im the real original owner if anyone has any ideas it all helps. thank you
