Questing atk def str xp on Runescape?

My current stats are 32atk 30str 10def 88mage 46hp 45pray 42range 62cb im on ancients anyway i need to quest my way to 59atk but i only need 40def give quest details. I Think monkey madness at 59atk. more suggestions? i can train if need be....
