Ideas for Book Report on 1984?

I have to do a book report on 1984 By George Orwell. One part i to draw a door with images from the book surrounding it. I'm only on Chapter1 so far (which is very long) but we submit the project in parts and this part is due first. Any ideas on which images to draw? I'm not a good artist and I'm in 8th grade so it should be appropriate. Thanks!
