World of Wacraft lvl 80 help im new to the game only toon?

Ok i play on Windrunner i have a lvl 80 Night Elf Warrior and the thing is i only have 22k health? This is my only 80 character im new to the game still learning as i go...I know a warrior main stats are str and stamina but still at 22k health all i need is some few tips and stuff i also need to know more about heriocs please help i feel such a noob and i get so fustrated cus when i ask people in the game they say stupid ****
